Mrs. Yinka OSUNTOGUN

Olayinka Osuntogun is an experienced Nursing Consultant and Operational Excellence Expert. She is a seasoned registered nurse and midwife of over 38 years. She obtained her Nursing and Midwifery Degrees from the Schools of Nursing and Midwifery from the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi-Araba Lagos. She obtained her BSc in Nursing from the University of Ibadan; specializing in Education with a second-class upper division. 

Olayinka has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Southbank University London and MSc in Management from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom. 

She is a member of the National Association of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives, and a member of the Ohio Board of Nursing, Ohio USA. 

Olayinka is an accomplished public speaker and the Managing Director of ChrisGloria Nursing Agency which was set up in 2008. The agency has flourished since then and continues to grow managing operations of over 450 staff. 

ChrisGloria Nursing Agency provides nursing home care services for people in the environment of their choice. Olayinka is passionate about nursing and committed to raising nursing practice standards and professionalism in Nigeria to heights comparable with international standards. She is a driver of excellence and believes in a professional approach to work at all levels; this inspired her to set up ChrisGloria Management Services a training outfit with the primary objective of building individuals through Soft Skills Training. 

She presently serves in an advisory capacity to several reputable health institutions. 

Her contributions have been recognized in some publications, which include Women in Business in 2011 (WIMBIZ) and Women Working for Women Publication. An award winner at the 2019 PEOPLE AND POWER NATIONAL AWARDS for Women Merit Gold Award in HOME-CARE NURSING SERVICE IN NIGERIA. 

She is married to Adetayo Osuntogun, who is a seasoned and accomplished lawyer, and they are blessed with children.
